Mindfulness is becoming more popular and normalized in our society, but some people still wonder what it is or even how to do it. So what is mindfulness? Mindfulness is staying focused and being present to whatever is in your life in the moment and noticing it without judgment. 

Self-reflection helps us become more self-aware of our actions and what our daily behaviors consist of. Taking a moment to ask yourself meaningful questions allows you to have a better understanding of your positive and negative traits, emotions and overall aspirations. Allowing yourself to self-reflect can also inspire new ideas, create change and redefine your core values.
